Shipping

When will my order ship?

Any item under the "Ready to Ship" section are shipped within 1-3 business days.

All other items are made to order and ship within 5-7 business days.

How are stickers shipped?

Stickers are shipped Letter Mail in a rigid evelop and stamp to keep shipping prices low. If you would like to add tracking, there is an option to upgrade to tracked first class at check out.

Do multiple product orders ship together?

Depending on what products you ordered, your products may arrive in separate parcels. Although in most cases, all items will be packaged together.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do.

Shipping times are estimated between 5-14 business days.

All international orders come with tracking unless the order is just stickers.

Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, VAT, and any other fees as required by your country.

Can I update my address?

Yes. Please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order. If it is after 24 hours, we can no longer update your mailing address.

What if my order is lost or missing?

If your tracking has not updated in a while, contact your local post office or go to usps online. Request a "search for package". In most cases this will help make the package tracking start moving.

If your international packaged has not arrived or the tracking has not updated after the 14 business days, please contact me.

If your package was maked "delivered" but was not received, please contact your local post office. Ask to verify it was delievered to the right address. If your package was stolen from your address, please make a police report.

Returns & Exchanges

What items are eligible for returns?

Items can be returned, refunded, or exchanged for these issues:

• Products that are flawed

• Print is of poor quality

• Product is different from the product originally ordered

Do you accept exchanges?

We don’t currently do size exchanges since our suppliers are based all over the world and we don’t have a storefront.

What to do if my item arrived broken?

We check each order carefully before sending it out but occasionally an order will get damaged in shipment. If this is the case, please email us at geekoutyournerd@gmail.com. Our customer service team will look at your claim and get your item replaced.

Accessories

Laptop sleeves

• Machine wash cold with like colors at no more than 86ºF (30ºC).

• Don't bleach or dry clean.

• Hang-dry

Apparel

• Machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors.

• Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.

• You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

• Tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best.

• When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

Bags and Wallets

• Wipe the dust or any dirt off gently with a clean, dry cloth.

Blankets

• Machine-washed cold with like colors at no more than 86ºF (30ºC).

• Don't use bleach and don't dry-clean.

• It's best to hang-dry, but tumble-drying can be used on a low cycle if necessary.

Drinkwear

Mugs

• Ceramic mugs are microwave and diswasher safe. The print will last longer if you hand wash them.

• Magic mugs are to be washed by hand. It is also not microwave safe. Note that they're also prone to scratches, so be extra careful.

• Enamel mugs are not dishwasher or microwave safe. Wash by hand.

Stainless Steel Water Bottle

• Hand-wash only (dishwasher not recommended due to vacuum seal).
