Refund & Exchange Policy

We stand behind our products. If there are any defects or errors on our part will result in either a refund or free replacement. Due to our made to order business style, we typically do not accept returns due to buyers remorse or incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. 

Cancellation & Modification

If you change your mind about your purchase, please sending us an email to geekoutyournerd@gmail.com and provide your order number ASAP.

Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 2 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

We are committed to delivering the best products to you. For any of the following occurs, we will happily replace or refund:

  • Product is flawed
  • Print is of poor quality
  • Product is different from the product originally ordered

Please email us at geekoutyournerd@gmail.com with a photo of the product you received with details to what is wrong. We take the information given to look into a replacement and to prevent the errors in the future. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved based on the above requirements, we will provide you with either a refund or free replacement.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are delivered defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an order for the same product, send us an email at geekoutyournerd@gmail.com. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement and will not need the defective product back.

Non-Returnable Items

Some of our products cannot be returns. Such items include:

  • Custom products
  • Personalized items
  • Perishable products
  • Intimate items
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital items
